There’s a reason at 7p on a Friday night with an hour wait at every surrounding place there is hardly anyone here. The service is horrible. Our waitress never remembered anything we asked for, would disappear for long periods of time, and no manager was to be found, not to mention it’s really expensive. Will not come back.
Man this place th food not any good any more sad to say I open Smyrna and th Hermitage undr Doug and Mike chris and I work 5 years as th cut man its terrible

On a Tuesday night there was maybe 2 or 3 tables at 7:30 when we got there but still we had to wait for 10-15 mins. because they only had one server. Took forever for the hostess to come up front. The food was so-so. Wasn’t really hot at all but we were hungry and just wanted to eat. The server was really very nice though and did a great job. It was my daughter’s birthday and we gave the server some cake. She made the experience a lot nicer
Two years in a row we have been incredibly disappointed in Famous Dave’s in Smyrna. We live slightly outside the area so do not visit too often and based on the second time in a row of terrible management and service I don’t expect to return to this particular Famous Dave’s.
