We were walking on the street to get your classic American burger but the scent of dumpling union was so good that we had to stop and see what was going on. We were not disappointed. they sat us outside immediately and provided us with the best and fastest service I have received in years and to back that up the food blew my socks off. Would recommend to anyone who has any ounce of swagger. This is the spot.
after living in NY and LA, this was an an amazing experience! they do everything across chinese categories, including szechuan, so well. we were walking by for dinner and it smelled so good we had to audible. great choice.
Great food, great service! Great XLBs (love the Thai Tom Yum), BBQ Pork Buns, and Noodles in particular. Online ordering is super fast and easy and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.
Normally love dumplings, but best described as “meh” here. Some were good, but others we couldn’t be bothered to finish, which for us eating dumplings is extremely rare. Flavors just weren’t what they should have been…some were too acidic, others too bland…there wasn’t a clear pattern for why some dumplings weren’t good, it was just that they just weren’t very good at making dumplings. When the best food we had were the beans and custard buns at a dumpling place…that’s an issue.
A hidden gem in SF area, a small restaruant with great taste. The food quality and service are both great. Parking is horrible as usual, but is worth trying out. Take-out is an option.
