Downtown Cafe

This morning my husband and I wanted to enjoy breakfast at this place. We arrived and put our names in the waiting the list for a table outside. After 10 minutes of waiting, we observed there were a couple of empty and clean tables outside, actually one right next to us. The owner of the restaurant came out to delivered an order to a customer in his car. I asked him excuse me, he answered me yelling at me, wait, I waited patiently. He came back and I asked him again excuse me, trying to get his attention then he asked us again rude and loud are  you already on the waiting list? which we answered yes; we are the next ones, my husband told him to calm down why he is being aggressive which he answered again screaming and rudely because you are asking many questions. My husband asked him only one question so far and asked him again to calm down. I immediately told him why is he raising his voice like this. I asked him he is out of control and he told me I can’t talk to him like that and I should leave his property. I have never had in my life such a terrible experience anywhere except at this restaurant just for asking. Obviously this owner was under pressure due to a lack of staff or no caring at all about quality customer service. The owner of this place is in the wrong business. If he cannot serve his customers with education and patience, he should go to another business.

The food there is pretty good with really home prices.  There is a lot of options on the menu. However the place is a little rusty and not in such a good spot.
