Great customer service!!! There was confusion on delivery and they just solved it. No questions asked.

Where do I start? I get that it’s post Covid but 75 minutes for two medium pizzas is beyond ridiculous. Best of all is that they got the order WRONG! And then when I called to ask for a refund they offered to remake it but they couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t take another 75 minutes. Are you kidding me??? Don’t ever ever order from them.  Do yourself a favor do your family a favor and avoid this Domino’s

Update: I spoke with Lucy, and she was very apologetic. She handled the situation with care and compassion, and made it right. She was embarrassed by her co workers behavior, understandably so, and hopefully will reconsider his position.

THIS LOCATION GAVE MY SON FOOD POISONING! When I called to speak with the manager the first time, Lucy promised she would call me back at the end of her shift, which she did not do. I called later that night and got the “supervisor” Jack. He was so rude and disgusting I do NOT know how this “man” is employed. He proceeded to yell at me, cuss me out, tell me if was not his fault, and there was nothing he could do to help me. He told me to contact corporate and when I asked him for the contact information, he said “it would take too long for him to find”. Completely disgusted at this service, as my son has been very ill through the night, and following day. Jack especially should be let go. He has no business dealing with people. Ever again.

Used to love Dominos and this location. But last 2 times it has taken 2 hours to get our pizza delivered. Not to mention when we called we were told “the driver is on his way.” After the call ended our app finally switched from “order is being prepped” to finally “your order is in the oven”. In the oven definitely isnt “on his way.” I was shocked when the employee lied a couple weeks ago and just jaw on the floor when it happened again tonight. I know finding good employees is tough, but management/owner needs to fire this guy. And ensure hot (not luke warm) pizzas are delivered in a reasonable time.

We love domino’s thin crust but it’s becoming hard to get our orders delivered without attitude or issue. Just placed “contactless delivery” order BUT this very rude driver Emal refused to leave my door. What the heck??? And it’s not his first time being rude or grumpy or anything. For the previous delivery this guy got mad at me because he couldn’t find our door, really?? And today even though I told him that I ordered the pizza as contactless delivery he insisted to quit knocking our door geeezzz. When I told him to leave them there he was like “I have write-ins, do you know what write/ins are?” Whoa bro, what a great way to do your job!!! If you guys forcing this person to work for you, please let him go. I did not appreciate what I experienced today. Don’t want to order from this store unless they have a different delivery person.

I’m only giving one star because it’s required. We waited two and a half hours for an order and then the manager Lucy told my wife it was delivered to a different address and that we must have put the address in wrong. We have the receipt online and it shows our correct address. I called Lucy back and told her she owed us a refund and an apology and she basically told me to stuff it and hung up on me. She was the rudest person I’ve encountered in ages. I am taking this as far as I can to their corporate office. We’ve ordered from them for almost 20 years and never had such horrible service.

We ordered at 3pm today. At 4pm I called and was told they were running behind but it was about to go out for delivery. At 5:30p
The manager Lucy claimed she delivered our order to a different address. She said I must have put in the wrong address online but I have a profile online AND I am looking right at my receipt which shows our correct address. She was rude and told us we were out of luck and she won’t give us a refund. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow and their corporate office as well.

The “manager Emanuel” is rude and condescending! 35mins after placing my order their site said my order was still being made. I called to see if the site was having issues and was told my order was ready but they only had 2 drivers but it would go out next.

30mins later we get a call from the store manager saying they ran out of an item we ordered and asked if they can give us an instore credit for that item. I said that’s fine just bring the rest of the order. He tells me it will be another 30-40mins to be delivered! I told him that was not acceptable we had already waited over an hour and my kids are hungry!

He goes on to say there are 30 (yes 30!) orders ahead of mine! and they only have 2 drivers. WTH?

1. If they were THAT busy why wouldn’t he have said that the first time I called? (It’s BS that’s why)

2. When I called he said my order was ready and going out next. If that was true why did he call 30mins later saying they ran out of an item I ordered? (Again, BS that’s why)

I said, “you mean to tell me I’m looking at a 2hour wait and all you are offering is to comp 1 item you “ran out of” and you think that’s acceptable? He said, “Um, yea. Like I said we are short drivers”.

I told him to forget it and just cancel the order and that I would be reaching out to the regional manager. He smuggly offered to provide the RM’s phone number and said his name is Gary.

Turns out it was the wrong number! So I called and asked for the number again. He said, “I gave you the right number”. I said ok, can you give it to me again? He gives me all but the last 4 and asks me what I had written down for them. I told him I’d let him know if Ivwrote it wrong once he provides me with the numbers he previously gave me.

He then tells me he can not give out his RM’s number!! WTH?!?!?! I said, “So you intentionality gave me a wrong numberm” He said, “Yep, I sure did”. OMG! I was furious!! I told him I would be posting a bad review and telling everyone how unprofessional, rude and condescending he is! He said, “Thank you! Hope you have enjoyed your night!” WTH?!?!?!

I can not beleive Domino’s would allow their customers to be treated this way!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS STORE!

However, I called Pizza Guys and explained the situation I had just experienced. They were very kind and empathetic. I had my order from them in 15mins fresh and piping hot! That’s what I call customer service!!!

we ordered from here and it has been awhile.    the vegetarian pizza was excellent.   delivery was timely and Kyle was efficient

Sorry Dominos but my pizza tonight was burned. Not acceptable. Pizza is too expensive to pay for toast. Probably won’t use this store again.
