Order wasn’t done on time. Asked to move around from window. Had to finally go in and get it myself. The girl rolled her eyes at me..Really….

These overseas companies that Domino’s and Papa John’s uses is really costing you guys business with me. Can hardly understand these people. I’m calling Imo’s where I can actually talk to someone from that store and this country. Good Luck!!
Don’t answer phone
waited over 2 hours for my order and then it was canceled. called the store over 5 times and never answered. the absolute worst dominos in stl. do NOT order from them.
Pizza burnt and garlic things were over cooked
Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had anywhere.. the other night I placed an order at 8:30 pm for future pick up at 10:15 pm and I got there at 10:25 and got told my order was coming out of the oven “now” I continued to wait until 10:40 for my food while the guy in the drive thru stood there playing a VR GAME headset and all.. Got all the way home and my order was wrong so I had to go back up there and my replacement order was burnt.
They always have fast and dependable delivery. I’m also a fan of their pastas and sandwiches. And I like the pizza rewards.
This location has really improved over the last few months. It seems like they are still short of help, but the orders have been more accurate and well done. I hope they can find some extra help and keep their current team of managers. Keep up the good work!This place is a disaster – actually more like a 3-ring circus. Under new ownership. they’ve lost ALL their very experienced and competent employees. It should NEVER take 40 minutes to get a Domino’s pizza! Don’t pay online! When they screw up your order and offer you a free pizza. it could take another 30 minutes for them to figure out that transaction!
Pizza took an hour and a half. I paid extra for an Alfredo pizza and the pizza had no sauce, just cheese and chicken
We drove from ny. A 12.5 hour drive. We arrived in Alton Illinois at 11:30 pm, starving. Saw a Domino’s delivery person at our Premiere Best Western hotel and decided to call.They wanted the address which I didn’t know but found. They then wanted zip code even though it was the same town( which I had no idea not being from that state)Woman said they couldn’t proceed with my order without the zip code.I was too exhausted and frustrated at that point and just hung up.
