This Dominos has TERRIBLE service. 2 Different times we had to wait 2 hours for our order, both times the delivery driver never made it to our house. the first time, we had to drive to the restaurant just to find out that no one was working.. the place was EMPTY. the second time, we followed the driver all around after over 30 minutes of waiting for their arrival. When we finally got our food, it wasn’t even hot.
Do not waste your time with this location!!! we will never be ordering from here again.

Do you like mediocre pizza served at room temperature and delivered more than an hour late? Then this is the spot for you. And If you complain, they’ll even generously offer you a coupon for 20% off your next order (if you’re foolish enough to order from them again).

Delivery driver said they’re understaffed because no one wants to work. Here’s a novel idea: pay more. Don’t think you have the budget? Try cutting into the owners’ profits.

If you aren’t really hungry and don’t mind when your food shows up, you should order Sarpino’s. They take forever, but at least the food is good.

I liked the reasonable carryout special price, the on-time service, the accurate service, the plentiful toppings and the helpful app with the pizza tracker to show the progress of my order.

My large (14″) three topping carryout pizza ($7.99) tasted great, with a nice thin crust, a tangy sauce, a fair amount of cheese and plenty of toppings. Unfortunately, the sauce and toppings were not very evenly distributed.

I found the service at the counter to be somewhat glum but efficient. This location offers a small dining area.

Overall, A-OK and nice for the price.

Ordered and went at the latest time it told me to show up. Waited even longer because the board said I had to wait 8 more minutes til my order was ready. Three other customers were there with the similar story waiting longer than we were told to be there. Then when that time was over all of our wait times went up another 25 minutes. I asked the old guy at the counter if that was correct. He pointed out that there was nothing in their ovens at all. Nothing. The whole time me and these other people were there, they did nothing. Prepared zero orders. Didn’t have a single pizza being made or in the oven. The guy blamed them only having one delivery driver. That doesn’t make any sense at all since we were all there for pickup. Every single person at this sorry excuse of a business needs fired. This happened around 8:10pm April 30th 2022. I told them to cancel my order since not a single damn soul was even working on my order or anyone else’s. This business is straight up AIDS. Worst dominos on planet earth. Everybody that works here should be on a street corner begging for change because work obviously doesn’t work out for them. You all suck.

Apparently Domino’s now uses a call center for people who want to call in their orders. Not smart, corporate buddy! Let me spare you the 15 minute conversion I had with the poor employ who was probably located in the Philippines just to order some dinner. Yes. A food order over the phone took 15 minutes. Why????? Anyway, I ordered, ended up having to pay cash because… well nevermind why… and then got a text 7 minutes later saying my order had been canceled?! My card was charged and then refunded (thank god) even after them trying it twice saying the card wouldn’t go through….?!?? Wtf Dominoes. Why not just pay your American employees to take the calls and orders at their local stores instead of outsourcing to people on the other side of the f–g planet?

Literally the worse pizza delivery place I’ve ever experienced. The incompetence is baffling. They don’t answer the phone, can’t find houses (because who has GPS), hang up on people who call to check on their order and randomly cancel orders and just say “I don’t know.”

It’s a joke of an establishment and the regional director should really figure out how to hire employees who actually know what they’re doing to avoid dissatisfied customers like myself.

Never ordering from this s*it hole place again.

@dominos WTF. I ordered my pizzas at 23:30 ct. Your tracker said it was being quality checked by Breanna at 23:42 ct. Then I didn’t get my order until 01:30 ct? It shows it went out for delivery sometime around 00:20 ct. Really? Over two hours to get my order on a Monday night?! My pizzas were barely room temperature. Seriously? Two hours for cold pizza?

I’ve sat on hold for over 10 minutes now waiting to inquire about an order we placed nearly an hour ago. The tracker just updated from “prep” to “bake” 49 minutes after ordering, when the original time when ordering stated we’d have pizza in 35 minutes. Not impressed.

Ordered pizza. Waited over two hours for delivery. When calling to inquire about our order, the manager hung up on us.  We understand that no one wants to work and there is a shortage of workers. However, don’t offer delivery if you don’t have the manpower to make it happen. And mist importantly, treat the customers who are putting up with your lack of efficiency with a little respect. You sure took our money in a hurry.

1.5hrs now since my order was placed. Over an hour since it was “Out of the oven , Making sure it’s perfecto! ” according to the app.

We keep trying this branch against our better judgement every 4-6 months, hoping things have improved. 5 years later, it’s about the same. I know it’s “just pizza”, but come on Dominos… manage the store better or decline the order.

Consumers: Be prepared to wait a LONG time or save your money or order elsewhere.

Update: 2 hours later and tracker shows our driver 28 minutes away, heading in the opposite direction.

Update: 2.5hrs later. Delivery finally arrived. 1 customer officially gone.
