Good fast food truck that was available onsite at the Renegade Craft Fair in Fort Mason. Line was initially long but moved quickly. The sweet potato fries were crunchy and fresh when picked up. The sauce accompanied was a sweet yet tangy ketchup sauce. The Vegan rice bowl was flavorful and a good portion.

Getting my tikka masala burrito 10 seconds after ordering it should have been a red flag. So hot I couldn’t touch it for 15 minutes. Not sure how beans turned into an Indian staple but as it spilled all over my aluminum foil wrapper due to the flimsy wrap I was hard pressed to find much chicken at all.
Mostly rice and the dreaded beans. Might as well have ordered Mexican food. My daughter ordered the bowl which was not much better.

Worst attempt at Indian food I have ever had.  They shouldn’t even be able to call this Indian.  Tikka Masala tasted like cubes of convection oven Mexican pollo asado thrown into a “sauce” of pure oil, no cream or resemblance of Indian spice or anything that resembles Tikka Masala in this dish.

We used them for our wedding and I don’t have a single regret. Everyone loved the food, they have appetizers, dinner and dessert options. They were upfront with their pricing too, no hidden fees and it was extremely affordable. They showed up on time, accommodated our requests, and were very friendly. Thanks for the amazing experience!

I had been craving Indian food for weeks and when my mother and I saw the food truck we had to stop by. We split two samosas and a Chicken Masala Wrap. Did not disappoint!! The sauces went beautifully with the samosas and the Chicken Masala was the best I’ve ever had. I completely recommend!!!

I grew up eating Patak’s Mango Relish, papadum, rice, and dad’s chicken curry. As a kid ,I could really just eat mango relish and rice all day long… the more spice and hot the better! Also, I’m half Sri-Lankan, which means my spicy tolerance is pretty high!

The Tikka Masala burrito is delicious, and you can ask for mild or spicy; choose your adventure!  Would I just have loved to throw a half bottle of mango relish on top of it and inhale it at home? I sure would! Why didn’t it I? Because the the burrito couldn’t make it but 3 minutes in my hand before I started going at it. The curry smelled so good, even though it was tightly sealed in foil, then put in a brown paper bag. Most importantly, tightly sealed meant no curry spills!

The burrito is a good size, but what really makes you full is that it’s packed with rice and chicken and of course that saaaauce! That sauce is so flavorful! I’ll admit I didn’t finish it, and I heated up half of the burrito when I got home. I seared it in a pan, and tried to be all fancy, but it would’ve been fine in a microwave, I’m sure of it.

I was so close to getting a mango lassi drink, but I’m controlling my sugar the the moment. The mango lassi is normally a usual item for me: not to sweet, thick, smoothie-like consistency, and super creamy-perfect drink to go with any of the options at this food truck.

Sexy fries are also good here, but the burritos are my favorite so far. The deconstructed samosa is next up on the list!

Amazing! I ordered the “hella vegan” burrito and it’s was so good! Loaded with turmeric basmati rice, samosas, chutney, chana garbanzo masala, and onions! The flavors were perfect!

The hardest part of having kind friends and relatives is not knowing what your next meal might be.  Certainly a nice thing to worry about.

After my shopping run and while making a delivery, my generous friend, sounds familiar?, handed me a box and an aluminum wrap during my curbside drop-off.

Having already eaten lunch, I first reheated the samosa (

I love food trucks! And I love them more for events! I had a wedding a few years ago that chose to have a food truck for catering. I was apprehensive at first but was really pleased with the service offered by Curry Up Now. And the foood!! The food was delicious! It was served family style, for the event. I had a regular portion and was in love with the flavors and quantity. They were easy to work with, efficient, and flexible. It made it so easy and was a perfect offering for their outdoor wedding. I would definitely work with Curry Up Now again.
