Lovely food and attentive service. Setting is a bit austere.
Dined October 28th, 2022. Would love to have given 5 Stars, but seated at the bar in front of the bartender glass washing and drink making station was like having a very noisy 3rd person at the table. What a letdown.
Michelin 1 Star dinner. But M doesn’t rate Seattle, yet. Great food, attentive service, lovely wine.
Celebrated here last week and am still dreaming of my pumpkin soup and my scallops with potatoes not one, not two, but THREE ways. Glorious. Do not skip the wine pairing it was perfect. I can’t wait to find a an excuse to go back.
If you’d like to enjoy a unique delicate cuisines try Copine. This place has a welcoming ambiance and great food that’s hard to find. Their menu is unconventional and not like the typical restaurants you’ll go to which provides a fresh experience!
What an amazing experience we had at Copine! Our waiter Paula was super friendly and knowledgeable, the flavors were amazing, the presentation was beautiful. The highlights are the lemongrass soup in the beginning as a taste cleanser, tuna tartare and sable fish. We love that the portion size is good here (most other places that offer chef’s tasting menu usually has small plates which are not filling). We will be back!
Menu was excellent. Flavors and portions were as well. Delicious!
