DO NOT GO HERE! Food is cold and somehow gross as if they didn’t get the same ingredients as a normal chipotle would. Also they take forever.
This place is pathetic. Put in a mobile order for 8:00, get there at 7:55 and sit there for half an hour while 15 walk ins get in and out. Then when I finally get my food they hand it to me with the guac I ordered but not the chips with out saying anything. So when I ask for chips they tell me to go to their website to get a refund. Also watched the red haired girl not even wrap this guys burrito, just balled it up with all the stuff falling out and packed it in like 6 pieces of tin foil lol. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
The most unorganized Chipotle in Richmond . Constantly out of items and seemingly short staffed
This place is ALWAYS out of things. I walked up and they had a sign saying they were out of lettuce, guacamole and queso. Ok I can deal with that but then when I get to the front the lady precedes to list 10 items they are out of. And they wouldn’t even give a discount for just my meat and rice (literally all they had) burrito. Whoever manages this place needs to go or learn how to take inventory and get enough products delivered. RIDICULOUS!! This place is ridiculous!

This Chipotle is ALWAYS out of ingredients
Not happy to get home and find a piece of chicken in my sofrita bowl. Thankfully, my friend has a cat, so it won’t go to waste.
