This is literally the worst chick-fil-a in all of Denton easily. Employees don’t give a crap to get your order right. Employees are hard to understand and their uniforms are usually dirty. I would give 0 if I could. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER. I’ve been coming here for 5 1/2 years but no more, I’m going to the loop or Corinth from now on!

Very disappointed with the amount of times they get my order wrong even if I repeat it twice, even 3 times. I mean twice or three times because I always come back thinking I’ll say it right this time but employees just don’t put the effort to GET IT RIGHT. I asked for a spicy deluxe (

If an efficiency expert from The University of Texas at Austin were to embark on an case study on the efficiency and effectiveness of order taking and process fluidity. they could do no better than to use the methods used in real life practice at the Chick-fil-A drive through.

And if NASA and SpaceX were going to team up on the touch-less payment methodology, necessitated by the thankfully banished COVID-19 pandemic, it could certainly do no better than Chick-fil-A.

The order queuing process is seamless and keep you moving forward through the process, from the first moment you pull up until you have paid your bill, and are on your way again.

Tried and true favorites are the fried chicken breast with waffle fries, and I have had them them countless times when I’m hungry and out of the house for the day and money allows.

Chick-fil-A gives to charities so that you can feel good about splurging occasionally,

It was ridiculous, I waited in line for 30 plus minutes and  the workers refused to refill my drink. I was the first in an empty line just to wait as if I had just showed up. I am appalled at how long it took, I did not expect this kind of service from a Chick-fil-A, I’m beyond disgusted.

I always say .. don’t expect too much from fast food restaurants. You never see the same face twice and this definitely affects service.

This day was National Fast Food Day!!! Our daughter is a UNT student and had a lot of Flex dollars to spend.  She decided to buy salads, wraps, chicken nuggets and fruit cups and donate this lunch to the UNT Office of Disability Access (ODA). This became a community service project for her organization called, Someone Like Me.

The salads were premade but appeared fresh. The fruit cups were very impressive, full of strawberries,  tangerines, blueberries, etc. The wraps were freshly made and packaged in really nice plastic boxes. The chicken nuggets were made just as we arrived. Everything smelled yummy!! They gave us a generous amount of dipping sauces, dressing and plastic wear.

Everyone in the Union was social distancing,  wearing face masks and super nice. It was a positive experience even during a pandemic.

If your heading that way try to figure out ahead of time what days and times they are open. Ps no one every answers the phone, lol.

It’s a chick-for-a, it’s great. I got chicken minis with hash browns, it’s hot and tasty. The staff were friendly and it’s convient for rusty mornings, they get through the line quick.

iv only been to this Chick-fil-A twice. when i order my food mine is the last to come out when i order before everyone else. i don’t understand that. i like that your order is called by name and not order number. I normally don’t buy food from the cafeteria but i didn’t have time to pack my lunch. i got the grilled chicken sandwich and the only bad thing about it is it’s high in sodium. too much sodium is bad for us. this is the healthiest food item on the menu.
