Food was good, staff was nice but took a bit to acknowledge my presence at the register. Considering there were so many employees on shift I would at the very least expect a ” I’ll be with you in a moment sir” . That being said the food came out quickly once my order was placed, fries were fresh. Burger was delicious , and the sauces were really good as well. I recommend this restaurant, I would visit again .
My family wanted burgers for dinner so we skipped another burger restaurant thinking Burgerville was the perfect place to go, we have never had a bad experience here and the food is always delicious. This experience left me disappointed to say the least. The food quality was still good unfortunately the service was subpar. Upon paying at the drive through window, I was under the impression my order cost was what I was told at the completion of my order. I had no reason to question the total until after my transaction was completed. After receiving my receipt, the total was 23 percent higher than what I was told and was expecting. I was not informed of the exorbitant tip that got added onto my bill without permission or my knowledge. I was listening to my kids in the back seat while simultaneously hitting the I agree button on the debit machine that was being held outside the window.
I’m not mad at tipping however not having prior knowledge and not being informed they add 23 percent to a total is bad buisness and quite frankly seems fraudulent. At least ask before you add 23 percent to my total for 4 meals. I won’t be back…
I want to start by saying my husband and I love Burgerville and make it a point to stop at one everytime we visit our daughter in Oregon. With that said we are extremely disappointed in the quality and safety of food at this location. Shortly after eating his Northwest burger that was undercooked my husband became incredibly sick with food poisoning which pretty much ruined our visit and caused great concern. You need to do better Centralia Burgerville.
Went for the Sweet Walla Walla Onion rings and they were Disgusting.
They were burnt and rancid. Nothing sweet about them.
Burgerville has gone to crap. I Couldn’t finish one of them. Even my dog wouldn’t eat them.

For fast food it is really good. I liked the veggie burger and the waffle fries were excellent.
Holy F**k, this was sooooooo nasty!! DO NOT ORDER THE VEGGIE BURGER!! Neither of us were able to eat the soggy, microwaved cookie slathered in a half cup of MAYO!!
I mentioned it to the manager on duty, her comment was, “Oh, I’m sorry…” and walked away. I take that as, “I don’t care, sucker.”
happy customer. First I’ll say my order prior to this one was not good either. my fries were cold my dbl cheeseburger had so much sauce on them I couldn’t eat them without scrapping half of it off. For the price I paid for 2 small burgers and 2 small fries I expect it to be good enough to eat. Fast forward to this order it was supposed to be fixed exactly the same order and me thinking OK they are replacing it its not rocket science its fast food. I worked at bk 5 years as assistant manager I know how it is but I didn’t even think to check it….. My bad cause this is what I got home with. AGAIN wrong food. Now I don’t get to eat tonight cause well there’s only 1 burger and wouldn’t you know it there already closed. So first thing tomorrow morning I’m calling again and this time I’ll check the food 2x before I leave. Absurd honestly wish I didn’t love it so much or I’d just say forget bv and go somewhere else. 2x in a row…….Absourd
I Sam from Seattle and love Dick’s Drive In and lived in Cali for many years and got addicted to In and Out, but I got a say Burgerville might top them both. Their burgers are so tasty and their shakes are the very best. All hail Burgerville
This burgerville has slowly been going downhill over the years. Today may have been our last time going to burgerville, at least this location. 25 minutes from the ordering board until I was handed our food. The fries were cold somehow and i didn’t realize the fish sandwich was 1 small fish filet. My wife’s spicy bean burger was also missing spicy mayo. Big disappoint seeing a childhood staple turning into crap.
It’s always a tradition to stop by Burgerville whenever I’m in the area because of their amazing food. I’ve been coming here from when I was younger and I always love their food. It’s great fast food with delicious shakes and burgers and this is really the perfect place to go to. Burgerville is one of the places you have to stop by if your in the area because of how amazing it is they have great service and kind workers with a great vibe. I can’t explain how much I love the food and experience you get when you come to this place. If your ever in the area I recommend you stop by!
