This review goes to the most AMAZING WHOPPER I’ve ever had! It’s the Ghost Pepper Whopper! Now granted, the customer service here today was very lackluster and overall poor. But.. putting that aside, I have never gotten a whopper that has tasted this good! EVER! The look of it is very appealing; orange bun!? Jalapeños and a spicy sauce to give a nice kick!? Sold! It also has some fried onion crispy bits that add some extra texture to the burger.

The other thing I have a problem with; the fries. How is it that BK always has cold fries!? I’ve had more fresh and delicious fries from McDonald’s more than I’ve ever had from “any” BK in town! Plus they aren’t very good! I rather get a whopper from here and fries from McDonald’s lol.

If you’re into spice, this burger is for you! Again, it’s just the right amount of heat! I’ve never had a burger that truly borderlines making your mouth tingle with heat but it’s so delicious that you keep coming back for more! My wife said it perfectly, she likes getting a whopper because “I can’t finish it, but I like how big and filling it is compared to smaller burgers.”

Get out there and give this a try before it’s gone!

We ordered 5 different burgers and 4 of them were wrong. A deluxe spicy ch’king sandwich was a regular one, the whopper with bacon and cheese was missing it’s bacon, and the two double whoppers with bacon and cheese came as the south western single burger which is completely wrong. I get things happen but this was ridiculous. I don’t know if it’s just this location but it was really disappointing.

Terrible. Messed up my boyfriend order 3 time no apology nothing . manager was so rude. We will not go back. Didn’t even want to give them one star. Worst service I ever had .

Burger King sucks it was good back in my days good quality food now there food quality sucks cold food I asked for no salt on my fries due to my elderly grandmother condition and they gave me extra salt are they trying to kill my grandmother or what they don’t follow the instructions I gave them I’m never going here again I think they should shut down!!!!

Burger King would be better off raising its pricing and using better quality products. Food tasted like old cooking oil, fries were raw/cold. Carts Jr, Taco Bell or Jack In The box all seem like a restaurant grade compared to this place.

What happened to the King? I used to at least enjoy the chickie nugz but they’ve changed, so thin and weird. The dipping sauces all taste like they’re made with used dish water and tears. Do better man!

So I go into the drive thru, breakfast deal looks appealing “2 for 5”. I was Prompted with the question “what would you like in your breakfast sandwiches?” So I responded one with ham, the other with bacon and sausage. The lady at the window had only been working for 4 days and seemed to have more of a clue then their incompetent manager. And the entire crew scurrying in the back seem clueless, disorganized, and lack structure. And hey, I get that. There’s days where it’s hell, but there was literally no one else in the drive through. Other than Door dash orders I suppose? But that really isn’t much to panic about when the town is small and it’s about 30 minutes prior to opening. Needless to say my order was messed up, which came to no surprise, as you could clearly see them struggling to compose themselves. With no hesitation nor anger, I went back in hopes to properly exchange the meal, and get my double stacked sandwiches. And once again to no surprise, they failed me again. At this point I’m frustrated and now… I am angry. Angry enough to make a Yelp and complain about it. The lady who had only been there a few days LITERALLY ASKED “what was your order again?” and before I was able to reply they told her something along the lines “not to ask”. What a guy, let’s have a round of applause for their obvious petty response to a simple mistake (on their part mind you). That place has always been lacking a proper staff, so really I don’t expect much. They have always held on to the bad habit of taking forever to serve orders, but they had not really ever messed up, and if the response of not correcting my order as it should be was not a petty response, then it just wasn’t a level headed one. And I promise I am a chill laid back dude, it was a 5 dollar menu item so it isn’t something I would normally make a big deal out of, but this level of mistake made me laugh with a bit of concern. And I get the level of frustration that comes with fast food, and I get that your boss and corporate leaders give you hell every day, but I beg you to consider not taking that out on us. Because we go through the same things you do.

Very disgusting employees. Most of them are young ladies. They have their code talk when customers pull up. Bunch of giggling and horsing around. I just hope they did not spit in my food. I hope the managers watch the cameras and not just the managers that just work there to protect their friend/employees. I asked for sauce and the lady straight up said I put a bunch of sauces in the bag. I pulled away as soon as I reach inside to check my items. No sign of sauce. Very unprofessional. Pls check date and camera 9pm 04/01/2021. Code work they used was. “Can you come pls help” employees were bouncing around to check who was in the drive thru :/
