Customer service is terrible and the girls at the window seemed like they had no idea what to do. She handed me my food and then walked away so other girl came to the window and just stared at me until I told her I was missing my drink. Then she was talking to someone about “should I just give it to her?” As if I didn’t just pay for it
Oh, I love this place. Especially French fries 😍 anywhere I go I get fries and noone can bit the BK. The vegetarian whopper taste even better then original one. The one thing I don’t like that drinks taste so much as tap water. Smell and taste is so strong. Overall it’s good place to go once in a while
Fast friendly service in store and in the drive through. If you come during lunch time (1130-1300) be prepared to wait a bit for your food, understandably because alot of people come from all around this side of the base, BLC, and the education center right next door.
Worst burger king ever. Everytime I go there they take about 5 min to take your order and another 15 min after they tell you to park in the waiting area. There are only 1 to 2 cars in line.
This location needs better management. It took 20 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches and the other drive-through order had their food order messed up as well. It’s not that difficult to do fast food correctly if you have management that pays attention and actually manages employees!
Listen, you expect fast food chains to be consistent. The reason you go is typically for “meh” food or you are in a hurry. This place is the worst BK ive been to. The facility is mostly clean but the food is under”cooked” and cold when you get it.
The time on Google says they open at 6AM. Upon my arrival the door says they don’t open until 7AM. The time should be changed on the website considering I just walked nearly a mile to get here. Leaving one star for false advertisement.
This Burger King is absolutely horrible, and I’m not exaggerating. I go to this Burger King because it’s convenient due to its location on post. But I believe they served me food that may be making me sick. I went to Burner King for breakfast earlier this week and they served me cold hash browns. I made them aware of it and they offered to prepare me some fresh food. I was short on time so I declined and left the restaurant. I returned this morning and ordered breakfast again and again I was given almost refrigerator cold hash browns. This Burger King is extremly slow…EXTREMELY slow. You can spend up to 20 minutes in there drive through, upto 15 minutes from the time you order to the time you make it to their window. And you may only have 2 cars ahead of you. It is consistently slow. That being said, there is no reason for the food to be cold. They have time to prepare it fresh every time…but they do not. …ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANTS EVER…
