Slow, difficult service…every time. It was like this way before the  pandemic as well. But the Italian vividness sandwich is really good.

I feel like an inconvenience every time I use the drive through here. No ‘hello’, ‘thank you’… nothing. The gentleman at the window has a bad attitude and appears miserable. Worse is fact that management is either unaware or could care less. It’s unacceptable. Come on guys… smile, greet your customers, practice decency… it’s not that hard.

How does BK screw my order up regardless of what location I go to every single time. I ordered 1 bacon double cheese burger add mayo. 1 bacon cheeseburger add mayo. 8 mozz sticks and a small coke. I received 1 cheeseburger with only mayo. 1 bacon cheeseburger with mayo. the mozz sticks and a small coke.

Worst service ever… I went in after they made multiple mistakes on the order thru drive thru…. Drive thru guy didn’t know I was standing there and proceeded to call my wife ” That Bitch” sadly I normally swing by this spot because It’s up the road…. Never again…..

Was passing by felt like a good decision, boy was I in for a treat. I order the spicy chicken caesar sandwich, and my girlfriend order the crispy chicken club. To our surprise we were given two regular ass spicy sandwiches. Don’t recommend!

Came through the BK drive-through with my girlfriend because YOLO. I was craving a flame-grilled burger, but I wasn’t hungry enough for a full Whopper. Lucky for me, the reliable Whopper Jr. sandwich is still only $1.99. My girlfriend also ordered a cone of soft serve, 50¢.

The drive-through layout is strangely convenient: you pull in off Louisiana and the menu/speaker is right there. Then, around the side to Window 2. The ice cream cone was ready to go, and I handed over my debit card to pay. I’m still in shock that the two items only totaled $2.69.

An important note: I ordered my Whopper Jr. with no mayonnaise. The ability of a fast food kitchen crew to honor my customizations is make or break. As such, I have to give a shout-out for correctly leaving the mayo far away from my sandwich.

I feasted on the small burger at the next couple of stoplights. Yep, that hit the spot. Next time, I’m going to try one of the protein and oil monstrosities known as Stackers. Wish me luck.

Was in town for a business convention. My business partner had a craving for a Whopper w/cheese so we drove around the uptown area looking for a fix. We found a BK on Lomas and Louisiana. It was about 3 pm on a Monday – so, the customer service at the BK should have been workable. I just had dental work and requested “no ice” for my drink. Not sure if it was a language mistranslation or negligence (the order taker had a heavy accent) – but, we received ice in both drinks. When we pointed it out, the woman at the window began throwing fingers in the air and gesturing to and fro’ while speaking Spanish. I’m sure 99% of it was a curse. We asked to speak with the manager (hoping that we could understand her a bit more – so as to better get our message across). Instead, the woman at the window slammed the window closed and refused to speak more on the matter. My business partner decided to go in and enlist the help of someone who could speak Spanish in order to help translate for us. Fortunately, a young Hispanic man volunteered to help. Unfortunately, he was cussed out by the counter people before he even had the chance to help out! He threw his hands in the air and told us he tried and there was no chance in hell that he was ever coming back to the BK. We all left the premise, disappointed, bewildered, and hungry. HOWEVER, we did call – and after being put on hold by a woman who identified herself as “the Manager;” we were then answered by another woman (who could barely speak English) who told us she was the “General Manager. After feeling that we couldn’t get through – I told her that I was going to write an online complaint through BK’s website. The General Manager quickly offered a Free Coupon for a meal. We just wanted her to speak to her workers about “attitude” and how to better treat customers. It had been at least seven years since I’ve eaten at a BK before the incident. I will not be eating any Whoppers any time soon either. :/

My experience with Burger King is hot and miss. The one that I generally go to by my home is good. They get things right all the time. This location is another store. When I went through the drive thru I place my sandwich order and they kept repeating it back to me wrong. This went on four times and finally they repeated back correct. When I paid and I looked at the receipt it was wrong.  When I asked the guy working the window he gave me an annoyed look and went to tell the cook the correct order. He came brought my sandwich and didn’t say anything just closed the window on me.

I just wanted something guick. What I got made me sick. Okay, enough. At the drive-thru I repeated my order three times.    Still not sure what language he was speaking. No apology for a wrong order. The area seemed to swarm with homeless people. Please dont go here at night. I ‘m told this BK was retrofitted. Perhaps, but they still employ people that have no idea about Customer Service or properly cooked food. Horrible place!

There is a reason we call this restaurant Burger Peasant. It’s the closest fast food to our house so every couple of years we think maybe we’ll get a burger here. It’s a mistake. Every. Single. Time.  From their kitchen catching on fire to,  this time, getting yelled at because they handed us the wrong food through the window – when I drove around and brought it back in to get the right food. We give up.
