Bocados Sushi Bar

We got the opportunity to go here for my birthday. We were greeted at arrival. They seatedvusvin a large table. The came promptly took our drink order, then returned and took our food choices. The food was great, we had a great meal. No problem  with seperate checks either. Sobif you want some great sushi and a clean and very nice place give this place a try. I look forward to great times here in the future.

Worst place to eat in Bakersfield. Food was not that great, not really Japanese cuisine at all. Couldn’t stand the loud trashy Spanish music.

By far, this has been our favorite sushi place in Bakersfield. A consecutive number one in our books the past almost 3 years. I’ve tried several rolls which all have been made to perfection and I must say my absolute favorite, my go to roll.. Would be the Dragon Ball Roll. This is my absolute MUST HAVE when dining here. I think it is safe for me to say I have found that “one thing” on the menu that I am not willing to pass up to try something new. Oops! However not all is lost for me! My lovely usually mixes it up, allowing me the opportunity to continue to try things on the menu. (; Finishing off my 5 star review and yes I am giving Bocados five stars, they have exceeded my expectations in their consistency of wonderful customer service. I have yet to have a waiter/waitress that I did not deem helpful, welcoming, or friendly. Good.. well excuse me, AMAZING food provided with AMAZING service, it doesn’t get much better than that for me. To the owner of the establishment, you guys are kick ass. You’ve done an amazing job with providing consistency. In return, you’ll see me CONSISTENTLY coming back for more. Until next time!

Great Service and Awesome fresh Sushi with a full bar. Amazing place and recommend it for an enjoyable night out 5 star  service by Edgar our waiter and even the bus server was asking to refill our drinks at table. Sushi was the best tasting and presentation was perfect

This was our first time coming to this restaurant. It was clean and the host and staff were very welcoming. I also noticed it had a little club scene going on as well. The food was delicious and our waiter was very attentive towards us. Little did we know, we didn’t realize the restaurant was actually closing as we were done eating.

Now in most cases, restaurants give you the cold shoulder when you come to their place 10-30 minutes before closing. That I get, but some people don’t know. If I had known Bocados was closing soon, we would have not came in. We don’t like being one of those people ya know lol. But even while we were eating and setting up our to go plates, the whole staff were still nice about it.
