Food is great, just like any other blueline restaurant. But they have a really poor order management system. I have ordered a pickup thrice before and each time, I have had to wait for over 20 minutes after their quoted time. They say 5 mins, 10 mins and keep pushing out on time. I mean if its going to take you 75 mins to make the pizza, then just say it when taking the order. I can decide whether I want to order or not. Why bait n switch. Its a problem only at this particular location.
I am writing this while waiting for the fourth and final time.

Gave this place another try. This time we decided to dine  in person and boy was that a mistake. Only thing going for them is the food. You seat yourself, no biggie but maybe a sign that states so. You order your food online and should get your own drink from the bar if you don’t want to wait a half hour for a staff member to bring it. No one seems to care what’s going on. After a long wait, I got up and picked up my drink from the counter myself. I did ask for a cup of ice and let them know it had been sitting waiting for the drink that every staff member walked by and looked at for 30min. The bar tender didn’t like that I said something about it and begin trying to reprimand other people. She could have just brought it to me rather than blame others.

My friend and I came here for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn’t too busy, and we were able to grab a table outside right away.

Food:
We started off with the garlic bread. The bread was good, but it felt like it could have had more garlic or cheese.

We ordered the blue line pizza in the traditional deep dish crust. It was good. We ordered the small and it came with enough food for both of us with some leftovers.

Service:
Service was quick and easy. Our food came out promptly after ordering. Our server was friendly and refilled our water frequently.

TL;DR – good pizza and good service

After math guys, I got the deep dish Chicago pizza and wings. The service was great! She even recommended eating pizza crust with honey which was new but pretty good.

Came here tonight and was told to pick a table and order on your phone off the QR code at the table, and then was completely abandoned.

After sitting down getting any one of the girls attention was like pulling teeth. We had questions about the menu, and then wanted to check why our appetizers took 30 minutes and then even just to get a box to leave they clearly were ignoring us and made our experience subpar to say the least.

Why can’t you have servers? Why do you ask for sa tip when we’re ordering off of our phones and can’t get any help from the staff?

Now I know why the Los Gatos location went belly up a few months ago. This location is next.

Haven’t been disappointed yet. Usually go for the thin crust pizzas. Haven’t tried the deep dish yet. The mushroom and freebies are always a go to. Always ready on time for pickup and staff is super friendly.

Aggressive Homeless People INSIDE the restaurant.

Tried to have a nice dinner on 11/18/22.  I was there with my wife, 11 yo son and 15 yo daughter.  Within 10 minutes of getting our food a homeless person zeroed in on my daughter and started talking to her inching closer and closer to her.  This wasn’t the ordinary harmless homeless guy – he had full face tattoos and had a crazy look in his eye.  I jumped out of my seat and yelled at him to back off – yelled louder and put myself in between him and my daughter – about a 2 minute stand off.  While this was happening there were four employees watching the whole thing happen – they were hiding behind the bar and didn’t do anything to help.  After I got psycho homeless guy to leave I talked to the bar tender who pulled in the manager.  The manager informed me that this happens all the time and it’s up to the customer , not her employees to take action.  Well – I’m taking action.
If you want to have a nice, safe , peaceful family dinner avoid Blue Line – the manager informed me that homeless get off the transit line and head straight to their restaurant.  I know first hand that the employees won’t do anything to protect their patrons so I’ll help you.  STAY AWAY FROM BLUE LINE.  There are safer, better places to bring your family.
To the owner of Blue Line- you ruined my night, your employees watched while my young children were terrified by the homeless guy you watched approaching my daughter.  You should sell your restaurant and start a business that has nothing to do with serving the public.
Never again will I step inside a Blue Line.
Worst dinner experience ever!

I went to this pizza place recently. I am taking off a star because when I entered none of the staff spoke to me. I stood by the door for a while because I didn’t know if I had to be seated so I just waited. Plenty of servers and bar tenders.

I tried to get their attention but nothing. Plus the restaurant was mostly empty. I was almost about to leave when one of the patrons saw me and came up to me. She’s told me that it’s open seating and that I need to order using the QR code.

I sat outside and used the QR code and placed my order for the family.

I ordered the cesar salad for myself and half Hawaiian half bbq chicken pizza. The pizza was good think crust. The BBQ chicken was my favorite.

The staff seem to not go around much to check up on you. I had to go in to tell them I wanted to go boxes or needed something else.

Good pizza. We shared a small pizza and salad between 2 of us for a date night. Kinda strange the way they have the ordering system. We wanted to order ahead of time and pickup to eat there but they wouldn’t let us.

Then we get there and there’s barely anyone there. You have to order via QR code and you don’t interact with servers until they check up on you and bring out your food. So not sure why we couldn’t order ahead? Nonetheless, the servers were nice. Food was good.
