Location was great. Right below Santa Monica Pier. There was no wait but I felt the service was pretty slow. Food was good and pricing was fair.
This is a chill spot for a beer near the beach. They don’t have a liquor license, so keep in mind that it’s just beer. The front is nice and open – great for California weather – and the bar is comfortable. There are also tables both inside and out. Service has always been fast and friendly and the menu is solid bar food. I enjoyed the wings.
We come here when we are in town for AFM and were thrilled to see that this place had survived the pandemic. Here’s to many more years!
A Cafe f that didn’t have lattes I had to explain to a tourist that the place has beach fisherman style mannerisms
I initially came here on my birthday back in 2019 with a friend and my son. This time around, I came back again recently for my birthday on my son’s treat. This time around with his mom, instead of my friend.
We had a good time. Big Dean double cheeseburger with bacon, frings ( 1/2 onion rings 1/2 fries ) and a 32oz Hazy LA IPA and maaaaan let me tell you… I was set.
My co-worker turned me onto this place and I’m glad he did. Everyone is friendly, every time I come. I love the set up. From eating outside, to eating near the bar and watching different games on different screens. Plus, they have a back area also. I always enjoy myself here. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great little iconic place to visit. 32 oz of draft beer for $13 – can’t be beat! We didn’t eat a lot but what we had was delicious. The big dean double cheeseburger lived up to its expectations and the fries were piping hot and perfectly cooked. The service was excellent. No wait when we went.
Local spot by the beach with outdoor seating and casual vibes. Came here with my friend to partake in some nachos and chili cheese fries after hanging out in Santa Monica. Park in one of the public garages (like Garage 6) where the first 90 minutes are free and then just walk there through the pier. Note that jalapeños are 50 cents extra and guacamole is $4 extra for the nachos. You order at the bar but they do have people walking around to help grab stuff from you and bring out your food (each table has a number).
The evening was soured when an employee made a comment about confusing which table he needed to bring the boxes to because he thought the girl from the other table asked for it (both she and my friend are Asian). It would have been fine had he not explicitly stated that they looked the same. Besides that incident, it’s a laidback spot to hangout in a casual environment.
We ate here last night! The atmosphere was great! Service was great and drinks. The in house blonde was very good. The food was ok! Wasn’t one of best burgers we have ever had. Frings were good. Fries and onion rings in one order.
Pretty good food exactly what I would expect to eat down by the pier. If you’re hungry definitely worth stopping by.

Raul and Juan were very professional and laid the truth. Better than in and out. The the big Dean. Juan keeps a tight ship and appreciate his work ethic and raul suggested the burger which was phenomenal. Definitely will come again. Don’t fall victim to the Karen’s. Awesome place considering the overpriced spots here. Burgers are legit
