In the area and made a quick, random decision on where to eat and we were very pleased with our decision.
The bar has a nice welcoming ambience and the staff was pleasant, professional and very efficient as they worked as a full team.
We decided to gorge on small plates from the football game menu and man, everything was so flavorful, the portion sizes weren’t huge, but it was all hearty food which filled you up quickly; we even ended up taking some home with us. It may have been lunch, but by volume default, it also carried me pleasantly past dinner time as well.
This is definitely a welcoming place that could easily become a regular haunt if you lived close-by and they’d definitely learn your name!

First off this place is awesome food,dinks all that.
But all that aside Stevie is literally the best server I have ever had in a looooonnng time. Keep up the good work you were amazing.

I came through with a friend this past Sunday for a late lunch. The atmosphere and staff were great. The food was actually pretty good and I loved their Strawberry Fields cocktail. We had the salad, truffle macaroni cheese and I had the fish and chips. My friend had the street corn. As she ate it, she said it tasted a little chemically. Thankfully, I had no complaints about my food, at that time. Even took the rest in a box, intending to finish anihilating it at another meal.
That takeaway box is now going in the bin, untouched. I have been dealing with gastric issues since within a couple hours after our visit. It’s definitely gotten better, but my stomach is still being VERY vocal and I honestly can’t stand the sight of even a bowl of cereal. Pity. The place seemed promising.
Basin 141 is one of my favorite local haunts. The drinks are excellent, the bartenders are first class mixologists, the food is awesome, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
When you’re out of the only two vegan dishes on the menu, something is not right. Made due but the food was average. As was the service.
