Extremely sexist and rude staff. Place was not very busy and can clearly see why. Management and staff harassed me and my friends for literally no reason. Will never return and will seriously never recommend to anyone else. Beware of staff. They are not there to help make your night a fun experience. I would give zero stars if I could
Opened at tab here and every bartender at the end of the night told me that my card wasn’t there and that they couldn’t help me, except for bartender Mariah who immediately got my card and check within a minute. Amazing bartender she is the only reason I would come back!

Absolutely crazy pricing and not even a full shot of alcohol for a ridiculous price service horrendous and rude as can be. Never been there and will Never go back. Worst people ever $18 for a bottle of generic water and a half a shot of Elijah Craig
The bouncers and all of the other workers are absolutely awful. They give everyone problems for absolutely no reason. The bouncers give you problems every time you go and will take the ids of people who are clearly above the age of 21. If you get past the bouncers, good luck not getting other peoples drinks on your tabs. The drinks are extremely over priced and come in very small portions. All of the staff and management are extremely rude unless you are spending an obscene amount of money. I do not plan on coming here and would not recommend anyone else coming here. There are plenty of bars much better than this in Cleveland.

My friends and I participated in the bar crawl event last night. I’m black and one of my friends is also black, it was evident that none of the bartenders wanted to serve us as they kept looking past us they even greeted a group of white men who came up to the bar a good 5 minutes since we had been standing there. Mind you she never came to us at any point we had to yell for her, and only after serving the group next to us were we able to get her attention. I had read reviews about racism but never been before. Clearly they were true.
We had a reserved table here, and they let people in until the building was over max capacity. So we had payed 100s of dollars to get a reserved area, but couldn’t even enter because they had let in too many people. Will absolutely not return here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pretty cool place to eat. Missed the night life but I’m told it’s excellent. Food was pretty good. Service was good. Patio is very cool
I came here this past weekend for dinner and drinks as part of my bachelorette weekend. The atmosphere was awesome and the drinks were really good. They were not busy at all, which concerned us at first but then we realized why. The service was horrible. We waited almost 30-40 minutes to get our check after asking multiple different staff members who all acted completely clueless. The server we did have was very sweet but seemed to have no idea what was going on. Im not sure if she was new or what but clearly lacked proper training and I actually felt bad for her. Don’t think I’d go here again if I visit Cleveland again.
