Sadly, really disappointed with the food… server was nice (2 stars for her alone).
Complimentary bread were old and hard. Steak was cheap quality for its price, and pastas/ravioli were over cooked. We had to wait 20 minutes before they took orders and another 45 minutes for food to be served.
Fantastic Italian Restaurant located in Providence. Portion of food is awesome, so is the taste. When you love Italian food and in the area, I suggest you stop by! Reservation is highly recommended during the peak hours.
I had the daily special with the spicy noodles and octopus on top. I was feeling hungover when I entered, but the pasta instantly made me feel better! The staff were also super friendly and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent service and huge portions. We walked in late on a Saturday night and sat at the bar which worked out because the bartender was great! Shared fried ravioli and split the chicken parmigiana with angel hair pasta which was plenty for two people. I don’t remember the red wine I had but it was perfect. I wish I ordered the sangria because a guy that walked in after work to specifically buy a bottle highly recommended it and said it was the best. You should try it!
Ordered takeout. Salad was already dressed so it when inedible when I got home. Had the lagansa and chicken parm meal. Lagansa tasted like it had come out of a freezer and been microwaved. Red sauce was bitter and there was way too much of it on the plate. Had the linguine with the chicken, the pasta was so aldente it was chalky and the breaded slipped right off the chicken. Would not recommend.
Food was great. Server perfect! Loved the atmosphere. Will try a seafood dish next time we visit!
This place had some great reviews, so of course we had to come give it a try! Val and Kate at the bar were so sweet! Val just made our day, have us some great options for drinks, which did not disappoint! The pomegranate martini and the white grape sangria were both resting and delicious!!!
Val gave us all the great specials and everything sounded so good, but I was craving a carbonara and they made it happen! The food was so good, and there were generous portions!!! I was happy that I had some food to have for tomorrow!
The place is super cute and it a great area that’s lovely and fun! There’s valet, so if you don’t want to search for parking, bring cash for a tip! I can tell a lot of regulars frequent here bc the staff was so great!
One of the best places to eat on Federal Hill, everything is great, even the staff. We always take our friends there
This place was just okay. I got the linguine with clam sauce. The whole clams were fine. The pasta it was served with was buttery and good. The clam sauce was on the verge of inedible. So many of the clam pieces were rubbery and chewy – clearly not fresh and left my stomach feeling uneasy.
Husband got the chicken marsala. It was fine – nothing special. Overall this place is fine, but there are better places on the hill for sure.
Love this place! Great memories with my family. We are all foodies and enjoy meals together.
