BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Walked in at 9:25pm and as we were walking to the register the guy was already saying “you ready”?. My daughter said “no not yet, one second”. Literally as we are looking at the menu about 15 seconds later he says again “what can I get you”. I said we are looking at the menu to see now, are we aloud to do that without being rushed”? He says “we close in 35” I didn’t even let him finish. I told my daughter let’s go and we went to Wendy’s. My sister went next door to pier 88, which also closes at 10 and they had no issue with taking her order. It’s sad because without customers THERE IS NO BUSINESS. NEVER will I eat here again.

Let me begin by admitting that I am a hot wing fanatic. That being said, these wings were not good. They were cooked to the point of almost being burnt. Even the sauce was tasteless and bland. Coupled with the fact that they were extremely expensive, these dry boring wings weren’t even worth finishing. I threw most of them in the trash and chalked it up to a lesson learned. This place won’t get a second chance.
Ordered the 10 PC wing combo (HOT). The guy at the front was not very good at multitasking, I was there for a few minutes while he was on the phone, after taking the phone order he looked at me went to the back without saying a word. He eventually came back to the front and took my order, after swiping my card he disappeared again for a minute before coming back to hand me my receipt. The hot wings were ok, a bit too salty for my liking. The crinkle fries were subpar, they were dry, not crispy, and didn’t taste fresh. I did like that they have a good condiment variety.
