Do not sleep in on the weekend and miss the brunch here! After reading previous reviews I was a little nervous my party of 3 might have to wait. We arrive around 12 and got seated right away. It’s a big place! High tops, tables, and plenty of bar seating. The brunch is all you can eat and they have a bottomless food/drink package with a mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. We did not drink, but there were so many fun sides for both drinks. The food was really good! Pretty traditional brunch options, we were LOVING the French toast sticks. They also have a grilled cheese bar, taco bar, and Mac and cheese. All in all, we will be back. It’s a better bang for your buck with the drinks, food only is a little steep unless you’re really hungry.
INCREDIBLE! We did the brunch and bottomless mimosas and nothing disappointed! I am fully gluten free and there were so many options to choose from! Be sure to ask your server if you have any questions. Everything is labeled whether it is gluten friendly, dairy free, or just regular diet foods which made dining such a positive, laid-back experience. The food is delicious and the service is top notch! We did have children in our party and they were well cared for as well. The Shirley Temple was fully loaded with cherries even! Highly recommend!
I’ve had lunch a few times at Americana but this was a first time having dinner.
Prime rib was great. Not the best I’ve ever had, but really good. Key lime bites were bomb too.
5 star given for actually having decent Non-Alcoholic options as well. Also had a NA Grapefruit Tonic that was really good.
We had a limited menu with a large group, and the service was great too with a large group. Well organized.
Anastasia was awesome!!! My guy has been working on Des Moines so I decided to surprise him and visit we went to papa John sculpture park so I had seen other reviews on Americana so decided to try it. I tried the pear mule which was decent and my hunny had glenlivet. For our meal i had the chicken Philly which was pretty yummy with fries. My hunny had the winner basket which was just chicken tenders nothing out of the ordinary. It was a Monday afternoon so there was no crowd. Very spacious as they have an upstairs also. It’s definitely worth trying. i would go back!
We’ve been a few times since my last review, and have continued to have consistently good experiences. On our recent visit we had a reservation and were seated quickly, and got in our drink orders. My wife had a glass of wine from their good selection, and I havd a very nicely crafted martini. They are still utilizing the QR code on the table to view the menu, so it helps to have a smart phone.
After ordering, we got our food in a reasonable amount of time, and it was delicious! I got the Nashville Plate and it was a huge portion of chicken, potatoes, and veggies. It made for a great dinner and a nice lunch the next day. My wife got the Petite Medallions, and they were very tasty and tender pieces of beef with a large serving of asparagus (she doubles down on veggies, as she can’t have the potatoes).
Service was very good and efficient. All in all a very good evening!
Came here with a group of 8 guys from out of town and am glad this place delivered. Steaks impressed the crew from Nebraska and the pasta was excellent. Drinks were pretty good. High on the list for next time.
We came for a happy hour drink before going to dinner at the nearby Django. Our server was great and attentive.
I had the Georgia Peach Mule and it was refreshing, with great flavor.
I would come back for HH or dinner next time.
Me and girlfriend were craving burgers and saw on the menu that Americana offers $9 burger baskets on Sundays. We placed an order to go and went to go pick up order once ready. On the phone the waiter did not mention the total cost of our meal, so we suspected that the Sunday deal would be applied. After arriving I was charged a giant amount of $40 dollars and the burger was not even worth the total cost. It would be great if the total amount is told and transparency is given or state the deal is only applied in person on the menu. Another let down yet again by Americana
This was my first and hopefully not last visit. The food was good and diverse. So was the environment. I was visiting from out of state and found this brunch buffet.
The atmosphere was lively and I will be back.
Great service, we had an amazing server and excellent sangria. food was a little bland. But over all good experience!
