The staff were very hospitable and informative. We ordered all vegetarian and it was delicious. Started with the house bread which was warm and delicious. We ordered the vegetarian appitizers Chef Borek and Mercimek. The Borek tasted like a delicious cheese filled, crispy, spring roll, and the Mericmek was an interesting flavor. For dinner we ordered the Falafel and Veggie saute, and both were hearty. Staff included a complimentary glass of wine with dinner orders, very nice touch.

Thanksgiving morning, can’t find a place to eat. We stumbled into Alihan’s Mediterranean Cuisine which was warm, welcoming and well deserving of a 5 star rating. We enjoyed the following dishes- Smoked Salmon Crepe, Mucver, Muhlama, French Toast with Berries, Oatmeal with Pistachios, Honey and Banana, a Hot Chocolate and a Turkish coffee.
Everyone in the family really liked this place!
Food is made fresh and from scratch and our lovely waitress Ilonna was super! It was raining and we didn’t have an umbrella so she gave us hers. People apparently eat early there. We got there at 6:30 on a Friday evening and by 7:30 the place was practically empty except for a few tables. It could have been due to the rain as well, but it was an interesting observation.
