I went in to Acapulco to celebrate my wedding anniversary last week. I believe her name was Juanita she was very professional and kind. She was not our server I believe she was the manager, she kept coming to check up on us and make sure we had the best dinning experience. I rate this restaurant a five star because they provided my family and myself exceptional customer service. We will definitely be going back and recommending to family and friends
My friend and I stop by to catch up and have a few drinks/meal. I am 💯 percent satisfied with the purchase but more so with the hospitality we encounter. Sandra our server went above and beyond to make suggestions and recommendations on certain plates and popular drinks Acapulco has to offer. Tbh I’ve only been there a handful of time and my guest was her first time . Our waitress took the time to ask what we like and base on that made suggestions. We felt at home. Thank you Acapulco and Team! The Fajitas and Margaritas hit the spot 😉
Acapulco Restaurant is a great place to stop by when we are in Glendale.
The chili relleno was good but the beef enchilada was dry and the beef poorly marinated. The rice was also dry and poorly seasoned. The beans were also mediocre. I also ordered a drink served in a pineapple which reminded me of piyi’s I drank in Hawaii. It fell quite short from a piyi and tasted like guava.
We love dining at this restaurant. The server Paco is very good person. He is very friendly and prompt person. If you ask for help on picking up an item, he always helps you choose the best item. We always request him to be our server. He provides the best service ever.
My favorite Mexican restaurant. They have great tasting rice and beans and we love their chips and salsa. Just stay away on holidays like mothers day, because they are always understaffed
We were very happy with the overall experience and quality of our meals. The food came out fast and hot for our table of 6. We even ordered dessert which was also very good. Acapulco didn’t disappoint!
Okay this was our first time to eat at this location. The restaurant is very big and has lot of indoor and outdoor seating and there is plenty of parking. And the food is very good is the service!
We ordered the Al Pastor and Baja tacos, both were delicious. They were served on corn tortillas with grilled vegetables and beans. The vegetables were lightly seasoned and a great choice. The delivery didn’t take long at all and everything was packed expertly. I definitely recommend others to give it a try, especially if you need a late game night meal like we did.
This place shouldn’t have such a low rating it’s too damn good! I come here twice a month, their happy hour is unmatched, their drinks are super good, tacos bomb, and that’s not even breaking the surface!!! Great value and even better food; I love this place 💙
