we Like subway it is so Yummy and it’s Sooooooo Yummy and they allow you to have Ham and Bread and you toast the bread good and the ham is so Yummy.
Their sandwiches are always eatable, service is what needs some serious work. Ordered 4 sandwiches waited 20 minutes to leave to get them. The app said they were ready, when I got there I was told they were swamped and it would be an additional 15 minutes. I’m very afraid for these employees if 3 customers, 2 of which were already eating is swamped. They obviously need to either work the kinks out of the app or if they control it, don’t mark something as ready when you haven’t even started the order. I will definitely be making the extra 10 minutes to the other Subway next time I order or I’ll just go to Jersey Mike’s and pay their prices.
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Manager was rude, definitely uneducated and no help at all. Made wrong sandwich for order placed on line and didn’t notice until I was home that it was wrong. Manager has a very bad attitude!
This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never support this subway location and would gladly go out of my way to another location.
The girl with glasses working lunch today (12-5) was terrible at her job. I bought 2 sandwiches. Had to tell her at least 6 times what I wanted on the sandwiches. Had the memory of a 2 year old. And BTW…got home and she forgot mustard on one of the sandwiches. I told her twice to put mustard on that sandwich. What are they teaching theses days at Subway U?
PLUS…. there were 4 teens in the store, two walking out as I entered and two in line. None had masks on and nobody working said a thing even though there was a sign on the door stating masks required.
Horrible! This has to be the absolute worst subway in town. I’ve been to many of them and nkn this bad.
Do. Not. Eat. Here. The owner/manager is an extremely rude and unpleasant individual. Apart from his awful attitude I was appalled when he finished checking out a customer and started making our sandwiches without washing his hands… after handling cash and touching the register. With the current outbreak this is absolutely unacceptable and he should be reprimanded. I am clueless as to how this location is still open based on all the other negative reviews I’ve read. The franchise needs to get involved ASAP.
Dirty restaurant and incredibly RUDE owner/manager who berates his employees and customers. I personally would not eat here after witnessing some of his food handling practices. Ugh!!
Since there’s a Subway on pretty much every other corner around here, skip this one and go to the Val Vista/Warner, Higley/Baseline or Higley/Pecos locations. Better yet – head over to Planet Sub on Val Vista/Williams Field. They’re always running some great deals so they’re about the same price as Subway in the end, their food is FRESH, homemade and tastes so much better….and they have Eegees!!
Diet Coke – This business is not closed I eat here all the time. They normally do a great job. Not sure why it is marked the way it is. I am literally eating here right now
