I remember when this building was being built, and I never went inside. After spending half the day at Kaiser, dealing with my sons cough/x-rays/potential asthma, we needed some relief! Lol he asked if we could go to Burger bar and get a expensive but worth it Nutella milkshake and honestly we needed some sort of joy! Lol we were able to order Wendy’s and sit at one of the bar tables nearby since it was lunch hour and there was a game on so we had entertainment in the sports bar area. The bartender made my son, smoothie and man! Boy was it worth the wait!!! I’m completely lactose intolerant, but the three sips I had of my sons Nutella milkshake were simply divine!! Perfectly nutty and chocolatey, but even with a smooth slavery, flavor, and well worth the 10 minute wait since it was lunch hour, and the restaurant was busy! I appreciated the outdoor dining area since I don’t want to eat indoors while breathing everyone’s air, yet I wear my mask, so I don’t care/mind to wait indoors. They had a very spacious dining room area and great makeshift patio area with a gazebo/tarp over picnic benches so everybody could be outside yet out of the sun. I will definitely go back and try some other food at another time!! But man! The $8 milkshake reminds me of a movie!! Can you name it? Lol
This is a place is a burger bar and they do the burgers really well. Amazing flavor, fries are great and the customer service here is always top notch.
I had a spicy chicken sandwich here and the chicken was old. Only reason I’m not putting 4 stars because of this is because how good the burgers and customer service is.
I’ve been looking for a new favorite burger spot and found this one to be a good contender. It’s conveniently located in a plaza with lots of parking. The staff was friendly and the place looked clean. The menu is fairly large with a wide variety of appetizers, burgers, and salads.
I ordered the Golden Gate sourdough with onion rings and enjoyed it. The breaded onion rings were nice and crunchy, though a bit heavy on breading. The sourdough was buttery and crispy, it went well with the burger. My medium burger was a bit over cooked, but the other toppings were good. My friend ordered the hot chick and thought it was pretty good but could have been spicier and used more sauce. My favorite feature is the self-serve sauce bar with lots of options including jalapeño ranch, chipotle ketchup, bbq, and honey mustard. Overall a solid burger place that I would return to.
Happy hours M-F 11-7 and 9-close! At least they know how to bring people in.
It was me and my bf’s first time in here and we liked the concept of the place. When you first enter you can order at the bar or you can place the order at the register. Once you place the order you can choose anywhere you wish to seat at with a table number and they will bring the food to you. We decided to sit at the bar and was greeted by the bartender. My bf ordered lager and I got a mint chocolate chip shake. For food we got mac n cheese burger, we diced to split it since we were not too hungry. Thankfully they had cut the burger in half which was awesome because I would’ve done a horrible job at cutting it in half.
The onion ring they put on top of the burger was beyond delicious! It was very well seasoned and crunchy! The taste of the burger was good but we forgot to ask for it to be medium well.
Overall the food and service was very good, we will definitely be returning!
Such good food and amazingly priced. They spice up they’re bar menus with a good twist. Always a pleasant experience. Such a good find!!

I am downgrading my review from 4 stars to 1 based on my bad experience today. Before I explain, I still think their food is 4 stars. I am giving them 1 star for deceptive pricing.
I asked for a regular size French Fries which the board showed for $4. The cashier said I can get a large for the price of a small since it was happy hour. I accepted that deal. While I waited for my food, I reviewed my receipt and saw that I was charged $6.99 for the large fries. I went and spoke to the cashier and he said the $4 price is the weekend price. Today’s price (Friday) is what I was charged ($6.99). I asked where it stated that is the weekend price. He said it was not stated anywhere and that the manager needs to update the prices on the wall. I expressed my displeasure of having prices that are clearly wrong (75% more than listed). He shrugged it off.
I then checked ordering online and it showed regular fries for $4.50 and large fries for $7.75. That is fine that it is a little more because there is always a surcharge for ordering online but the point is even online was cheaper than what he charged me. I think he was just ripping me off. I would have been fine with my regular sized fries had he not offered the “special”.
I am very upset because even when I pointed it out, he just kept saying those prices haven’t been updated.
I will not be back. I go out to eat for enjoyment but when someone rips me off, I am not enjoying myself so I will go somewhere else where they treat clients with respect.
Fantastic food! The beacon cheese burger was really good. The flavor was perfect, the ingredients were fresh and it was plentiful. The cheese fries were really tasty as well. I also had a mango margarita, I couldn’t taste any mango, but it was good. Parking was great, the staff were helpful and I like sitting wherever I wanted.
Grub burger was a great experience! We went as a family for dinner and it was the first place in a long time where I couldn’t put my burger down! It was THAT GOOD, we even had (I believe) the manager come out and give us complimentary onion rings since it was our first time there which I believe was a great touch in their service.
The ambience of the place gives what a burger bar does, a very hip and modern place with the mixed style of casual bar to a burger restaurant. My only complaint would be how wobbly the bench seats are, I found myself and the people behind us accidentally pushing each other back and forth just by resting our back on the bench seat
